FRANKFORT, KY—A bill that supporters say is the final step needed for statewide implementation of the federal Real ID requirement has passed a House committee.

Wallins, Ky. (March 4, 2020)  On March 3, 2020, at approximately 6:13 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Scotty Ward, 38, on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
