LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9 Deputy Gary Mehler along with Deputy Tommy Houston and Sgt. John Inman arrested two individuals early Thursday morning May 21, 2020 at approximately 12:37 AM.

LEXINGTON, KY- A Frankfort, Ky., man was indicted on Thursday for assaulting and threatening to kill special agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

SCIENCE HILL, KY (May 20, 2020) - The Kentucky State Police, London Post was notified on Monday, May 18, 2020 shortly before 10:45 AM by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office for assistance involving a shooting at a residence on Smith Ridge Spur Road in Pulaski County.

LONDON, KY (May 19, 2020) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective James Sizemore along with Detective Bryon Lawson, Maj. Chuck Johnson, Lieut. Chris Edwards, and Sgt. Brett Reeves arrested James C. Johnson age 21 of Lily on Monday afternoon May 18, 2020 at approximately 2:50 PM.

SOMERSET, KY (May 19, 2020) - According to Sheriff Greg Speck, on May 18, 2020 at 8:58 AM, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Puncheon Creek Road in Pulaski County to investigate a gunshot wound. When Deputies arrived, they learned that a 68-year-old man had been shot and that the person who shot him lived on Smith Ridge Spur Road. The victim was taken to the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital and later transferred to the University of Kentucky Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
