Final Defendant Sentenced for Fentanyl Trafficking Conspiracy Resulting in Overdose Death

LONDON, KY (Thursday, February 27, 2025) - A Harlan, Ky., woman, Leslie Brock, 59, was sentenced on February 19, by U.S. District Judge Claria Horn Boom, to 250 months in prison, for conspiracy to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl which resulted in the death of another person.

Pikeville Man Sentenced for Drug Trafficking

PIKEVILLE, KY (Thursday, February 27, 2025) – A Pikeville, Ky. man, Christopher Springfield, 43, was sentenced on Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Danny C. Reeves to 172 months, for possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, including 40 grams or more of fentanyl, 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, and 28 grams of cocaine.
