Brady Walker Smith was born on July 19, 2019, the son of Kirsten Swafford and Dakota Smith, both of Manchester, KY, passed away Wednesday, August 21st, at the University Of Kentucky Medical Center.
He is survived by his parents, Kirsten Swafford and Dakota Smith; grandparents: Michelle Lunsford, Jeff Brown, Dennis Swafford, and Patsy and Randy Smith; his great grandparents: Darlene and Bill Lunsford, Lettie Estep, and Carl and Mable Smith; and the following aunts and uncles: Kylee Maxie, Dennis Swafford, and Patrick and Candice Smith.
Brady is preceded in death by his great grandparents: Joe Estep, and Dennis and Phyllis Swafford.
Brady also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 24th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY. Burial will follow in the Massey Cemetery at Fall Rock.
