MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Monday, February 03, 2025, Deputy Dustin Henson arrested Shannon McQueen, 42, of Manchester for Failure to Appear.
Once Deputy Henson made contact with the suspect, McQueen was taken into custody.
