PIKEVILLE, KY (Monday, March 24, 2025) – Kentucky State Police are reporting that a missing juvenile, Dewayne Salyers, 13 years-old of the Robinson Creek area in Pike County is safe.
KSP: "The juvenile returned home and is safe." No further information was provided.

ROBINSON CREEK, Ky. (March 22, 2025) –The Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post is asking for the public's assistance as part of an ongoing missing person investigation.
KSP Post 9 was contacted on March 22, 2025, regarding a missing juvenile in Pike County. The initial investigation indicated Dewayne Salyers, 13 years old of Robinson Creek, KY, last seen at approximately 1 p.m. today in the Robinson Creek area of Pike County. He is described as a white male, 4'6" tall, 100 lbs., and blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a white t shirt, checkered jacket, black jeans, brown boots, and carrying a green backpack.
Anyone with information about his location is asked to contact KSP Pikeville Post at 606-433-7711.
The investigation is ongoing by Post 9 Trooper Izaeyah Dotson.
