MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Sunday, March 23, 2025, Deputy Luke Thomas executed a complaint warrant for Scott County Court on a Manchester woman.
Once Deputy Thomas made contact with the subject identified as Jessica Perkins, 33, of Manchester, KY, she was served with the warrant and taken into custody without incident. Perkins was later transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Jessica Perkins,was arrested for:
- POSS CONT SUB 1ST DEG 1ST OFF (OPIATES)
- POSS CONT SUB, 3RD DEGREE
- DRUG UNSPECIFIED-TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
