FLEMINGSBURG, KY (February 28, 2025) – Fleming County Sheriff Tim Smith is reporting that: The Fleming County Sheriff’s Office has conducted multiple drug investigations this week, resulting in several arrests and the seizure of illegal substances.
On Tuesday, February 25, 2025, Sgt. Logan Mullins responded to a complaint on Goddard Road, where he arrested Bruce Toy. Toy was charged with:
- Trafficking in a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine
On Thursday, February 27, 2025, Deputy Welch, K-9 Rex, and Officer Tayler Moore were at a residence on Dorthy Street in Flemingsburg to serve an active warrant for Jason Bishop. During the investigation, Deputy Welch located 21 grams of methamphetamine.
Bishop was arrested and charged with:
- Multiple drug-related offenses
On Friday, February 28, 2025, Sheriff Tim Smith, assisted by Chief Deputy Rob Conn and Kentucky State Police Trooper Tyler Smith, responded to a call on South Lick Road and arrested Eddie Wallace.
During the investigation, they located 81 grams of methamphetamine in Wallace’s possession. Wallace was charged with:
- Trafficking in a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine
- Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
Additionally, Trooper Tyler Smith served a probation warrant on Wallace for:
- Manslaughter
