(Tompkinsville, KY) -- On Wednesday, March 19, 2014 Detectives from Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement / Special Investigations West, Kentucky State Police Drug Task Force, The FBI, and Tompkinsville Police Department executed a search warrant at the office of Dr. Clella Hayes in Tompkinsville.
Medical Documentation was seized and will be taken for investigative review.
The case is under investigation by KSP DE/SI West.
