MORGANTOWN, KY - (January 28, 2024) – Just before 7:00 a.m., Kentucky State Police Post 3, Bowling Green received a request for assistance from the Morgantown Police Department regarding a shooting incident in Butler County.
Troopers arrived at the scene on West Morrison Street and discovered a male individual with life-threatening injuries.
The individual was pronounced deceased by the Butler County Coroner at the scene.
This investigation is ongoing and will be lead by Detective Gary Travis.
