Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 22, 2019 at approximately 7:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Jeffery PettyJohn, 48 of Whites Branch Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston was dispatched to a residence on Whites Branch Road of a disorderly male on a neighbor's property threatening harm to individuals.
Upon arrival Deputy Houston made contact with the subject, investigation was conducted and it was determined the subject was manifestly under the influence.
The subject admitted to injecting Methamphetamine earlier this date with showing track marks on the subjects body.
Jeffrey PettyJohn was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
- Criminal Trespassing, 2nd Degree
- Terroristic Threatening, 3rd Degree
