Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Billy Wagers age 32 of Little Creek Road on February 4, 2019 at approximately 12:30 PM.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brandon Edwards was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject extremely intoxicated causing damage to a property on Little Creek Road.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject it was determined he was manifestly under the influence.
Deputy Brandon Edwards ran the subjects information through Clay County 911 it was determined he had active warrants out for his arrest.
