Lexington CEO Sentenced to 10 Months for Distributing Misbranded 3M N95 masks

LEXINGTON, KYNathan Brown, 47, CEO of Old World Timber, a Lexington company specializing in antique wood reclamation, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Karen Caldwell on Thursday to 10 months in prison for selling misbranded N95 respirator masks during the COVID-19 pandemic.

LEXINGTON, KYThe U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Kentucky is reporting that: A Lexington, Ky., man, Erich Storck, 51, was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge Danny Reeves on Friday to 120 months in prison for two counts of felon in possession of a firearm.
