SOMERSET, KY - According to the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office: On Friday, September 22, 2023, Sheriff Bobby Jones reported an injury accident that led to S. Hwy 27 being temporarily shut down, and the arrest of a Stearns, KY woman.

FRANKFORT, KY – Attorney General Daniel Cameron on Monday, September, 25, 2023, issued an Opinion declaring unlawful certain restrictions placed on the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources (DFWR) by the Beshear Administration.

PIKEVILLE, KY – A federal jury sitting in Pikeville convicted a Kentucky physician, Crystal Compton, D.O., 43, and a nurse, Kayla Lambert, 36, on late Thursday of conspiracy to illicitly prescribe controlled substances and related offenses.  Compton was also convicted of 44 counts of unlawfully distributing controlled substances.

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Skyler McFarland along with Deputy Wes Brown and Deputy Joe Breeding are conducting a death investigation after being dispatched to an accident which occurred in northern Laurel County early Sunday morning September 24, 2023 at approximately 2:20 AM.

CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD – The Maryland State Police (MPD) is reporting that MSP troopers are searching for the driver of a Mini-Cooper, suspected to be involved in a hit and run fatal pedestrian crash on I-495 early Saturday morning in Prince George’s County.
