MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Friday, March 21, 2025, Deputy Luke Thomas was dispatched to a male passed out in a vehicle on Ham Hollow.
Upon arrival at the scene, Deputy Thomas made contact with the male there and began an investigation. The subject, identified as Troy Revis, 48, of Manchester, KY advised Deputy Thomas that he had smoked meth earlier that day. Revis was unsure of where he was at when Deputy Thomas made contact with him.
During a search Revis was found with three empty needles and a baggie that he advised Deputy Thomas, had meth in it earlier in the day. The suspect was then placed under arrest and transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Troy Revis was arrested for:
- PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLL SUB(EXCLUDES ALCOHOL)
- DRUG PARAPHERNALIA - BUY/POSSESS
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
