Attorney General Coleman Announces Indictment Charging One Felony and One Misdemeanor of Owsley County, Kentucky Clerk

FRANKFORT, KY (Jan. 4, 2024) – Attorney General Russell Coleman announced that action by the Special Prosecutions Division resulted in the indictment of Owsley County Clerk Shanna Oliver, 41, of Booneville, for tampering with public records and official misconduct.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is reporting that a Montgomery County woman who was indicted in 2023 as the result of an investigation by special agents with TBI’s Medicaid Fraud Control Division was arrested this week in Kennesaw, Georgia.
