Judy Goins, 71, of Manchester, KY, passed away Tuesday, September 5th, at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN.  Judy was born in Oneida, KY on October 8, 1951, a daughter of the late Claude and Martha Cornett Bennett. She was a Math and Spanish teacher for 36 years (1973-2009) at Clay County High School. Judy was a lifelong resident of Clay County, KY and a member of the Manchester Baptist Church.

Ricky Dean Bush, age 60 departed this life on Friday, September 1, 2023 at his home.  He was born on Friday, July 19, 1963 in Manchester, Kentucky to John C. and Bertha (Stevens) Bush.  He was retired from the United States Postal Service as a mail clerk.  He loved God, family and his country.  He served in the United States Army and was in the 82nd Airborn Division stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Beve Gilbert, 80, of Oneida, KY, passed away Thursday, August 31st, at the Landmark of Laurel Creek Nursing Home. Beve was born in Bar Creek, KY on December 13, 1942, a son of the late Emery and Hazel Wilson Gilbert.

Vickie Mills, 61, of Manchester, KY, passed away Wednesday, August 30th, at The Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY. Vickie was born in Manchester, KY on March 7, 1962, a daughter of the late Arvilee and Leova Sizemore Jackson.
