Virda Reid, 76, of London, KY, passed away Friday, December 29th, at her home. Virda was born in Oneida, KY on November 16, 1947, a daughter of the late John and Mabel Hacker Chadwell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Woodson Reid.
Virda is survived by her sister, Linda Farmer of London.
She is also survived by her granddaughter, Nancy Jo Reid; and her great-grandchildren: Haylee, Madison, Payton, and Dalton.
In addition to her husband and parents, Virda was preceded in death by her son, Henry Scott Reid; her brother and sisters: Robert Chadwell, Anna Smith, and Wilma Smith; and her brother-in-law, Charlie Randall Farmer.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 6th at Britton Funeral Home, with Jimmy Ward officiating.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 6th at Britton Funeral Home.
