Ray had been a resident of Leslie County most of his life until moving to Nancy, KY and had recently been a resident of the Eastern Kentucky Veteran's Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Ray was the son of the late Caleb and Laura Mosley Morgan. He was born October 13, 1946 in Leslie County, Kentucky. He was a self employed business man and was a commercial roofer. Ray enjoyed riding 4-wheelers, an avid NASCAR fan, sports, and traveling. Ray served honorably in the United States Army where he serve as a Military Policeman.
