Steven Nicholas Spurlock, 31, of Manchester, KY, passed away Sunday, April 7th, at the AdventHealth Manchester Hospital. Steven was born in Hyden, KY on September 14, 1992, a son of John Spurlock and the late Emma Spurlock.
Steven is survived by his father, John Spurlock of Manchester; and by his brother, John Dustin Spurlock and wife Teresa of Corbin.
He is also survived by niece, Shelby Lynn Spurlock; and by a host of aunt, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 12th at Britton Funeral Home, with Mike Gray, Ronnie Brown. and Joel Spurlock officiating. Burial will follow at the Paces Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 11th at Britton Funeral Home.
