Susan Corum Gilliam, 89, of London, KY, passed away Sunday, January 28th, at her home. Susan was born in Goose Rock, KY on August 31, 1934, a daughter of the late Chester and Mamie Smith Corum. She worked as a librarian for 44 years, 11 years in Clay County and 33 years in Indiana and she was of the Baptist faith.
Susan is survived by her husband Leon Gilliam of London.
She is also survived by host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters:
Bud Corum, Marshall Corum, Sonny Corum, DC Corum, RB Corum, Ida Bowling and Mae Corum.
Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, February 1st at Britton Funeral Home, with Ken Bolin officiating. Burial will follow at the Goose Rock Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Thursday, February 1st at Britton Funeral Home.
