Mr. Johnny Ray Keen born February 14, 1947 departed this life of Saturday, July 25, 2020 in Hyden, Ky. Johnny Ray was born at Manchester, Ky., the son of the late Wiley Keen, Jr. & Lelia Mae Turner. Johnny Ray attended and graduated from Eastern Ky. University, Richmond, Ky., and honorably served in the United States Army Reserve.

He was a former, part owner of Keen's Variety Store and Keen's Ashland Service Station, both family owned and operated businesses. Johnny Ray enjoyed boating, boat restoration, woodworking & was an avid reader.

Mr. Johnny Ray Keen preceded in death by his parents and cherished, brother, Kenneth Keen. Mr. Johnny Ray Keen leaves the following relatives surviving; beloved sister; Deborah Keen Raymer & husband, Gary, of Bowling Green, Ky., two treasured nephews; Joel Matthews, Scot Keen & April, two treasured, nieces, Kara Keen Johnson, Kristin Sikes & Jack, & a host great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
