Calvin Hayes Philpot was born on September 26, 1930 in Clay County, Kentucky, the son of the late John Edd and Lena Hensley Philpot. He was united in marriage to Mary Jones who also preceded him in death.
He is survived by his children, Ray Howard (Margaret) of Wesley Chapel, FL, Phyllis Preece (Robert) of Louisa, KY, Tamara Lockel (Rob) of Long Island, NY, Alice Hamblin (Bill) of Liberty Township, OH, Amy Philpot of Trenton, OH, Patrick Philpot (Liza) of Sierra Blanca, TX, his siblings, Jesse Philpot of Hamilton, OH and Minnie Johnson of London, thirteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He was a affiliated with the Church of God & Jesus.
Calvin departed this life on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 being 89 years, 3 months and 18 days of age.
