Obituary for Albert Nevell Webb

Mr. Albert Nevell Webb, age 81 departed this life on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at his home. He was born on Thursday, January 20, 1938 in Manchester, Kentucky to the union of Tom and Nora Jarvis Webb.

He was a retired school teacher and principal for the Clay County Board of Education; he was a member of the Island Creek Missionary Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon, a member of the Clay Masonic Lodge #798 and a veteran of the United States Navy.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Jewel Lewis Webb, his daughters: Linda Westerfield and her husband Robbie and Patty Crawford and her husband James, his grandchildren: Landon, Logan, Sarah, Nykolas, Deanna and his great grandchild: Ryver. Also surviving is his brother: Lambert Webb and his wife Rita and his sister: Maxine Sorg and her husband John.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Tom and Nora Webb.

The family wishes to express their dear love and thank you to Janet Elliott, Daniel and Shirley Martin and family, Cliff and Gwen Cope and to the Bluegrass Care Navagators.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Island Creek Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund, 402 Richmond Road, Manchester, Kentucky 40962 or to The Gideons International.

A celebration of life for Mr. Albert Webb will be conducted at 8 PM on Friday evening at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. George Grigsby will be presiding. Clay Masonic Lodge #798 will provide a Masonic Service on Friday at 6:30 PM.

He will be laid to rest in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Friday evening after 5 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Rominger Funeral Home.
