WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) issued the following statement Monday on his meeting with Pam Bondi:
“I was glad to meet today with President-elect Trump’s nominee to serve as Attorney General, Pam Bondi.
The American people deserve federal law enforcement authorities worthy of immense public trust. Ms. Bondi’s extensive legal and executive experience make her well-qualified to lead the Department of Justice.”
