Laurel County, KY - LSO 2nd update: We regret to report that this reported missing juvenile has been located deceased off Bee Creek Road in Whitley County on Friday night July 29th 2016.
The Whitley County Sheriff's Office and Whitley County Coroner's Office are conducting an investigation to determine cause of death.
1st. update: A warrant has been issued for Skyler Barnett (pictured right) age 21 of either Corbin or Barbourville in Knox County charging Harboring a Runaway regarding this missing 16 year old.
Original release: Sheriff John Root is reporting that: A 16 year old female juvenile has been reported as missing by her foster parent. She is identified as: Kayly Lockaby age 16, a white female, last seen wearing black leggings, a red shirt, and black flip flops. She has 2 distinctive tatoos on one shoulder, and one on her forearm.
She may be in the company of a 21 year old male subject from either Corbin or Barbourville. She was last seen on 7-26-16 at approx. 4:30 A.M.
