Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Travis Napier arrested Carl Bowling, age 43, Of Reams Ln., London, on Friday evening, October 2, 2015, at approximately 5:00 PM.
The arrest occurred off of KY 1376 approximately 5 miles north of London after Deputy Napier was dispatched to a possible fight. When Deputy Napier arrived at the scene, he observed this subject arguing with neighbors.
Deputy Napier conducted an investigation and learned that this subject had allegedly crossed his property line, had an altercation with another male subject and had allegedly struck the other male subject in the face.
Through investigation, Carl bowling was determined to be the primary aggressor. He received injuries in the altercation also and was checked by EMS at the scene and released.
Carl Bowling was charged with assault – fourth degree and alcohol intoxication in a public place and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
