LONDON, KY - According to Laurel Sheriff John Root, the Weather Channel reports a snow advisory for Laurel County —a significant winter storm is possible Sunday morning into Monday with possible freezing rain, ice, and snow.

** Sheriff John Root reports his deputies will be available to citizens who can not get out on slick and dangerous roads to get medicine or food or any other emergency need. Also a reminder —don't forget your pets during the storm.
