MANCHESTER, KY - MPD Chief Jeff Couch is reporting that on Monday, March 10, 2025, Officers with the Manchester Police Department (MPD) along with a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) task force, Kentucky State Police (KSP), and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) executed a search warrant at a residence within the city limits of Manchester.
As a result of that multiple agency action, numerous drugs and weapons were seized from a residence, located in the Town Branch area of Manchester.
Arrested on Federal drug charges was Stephon Lyttle, age 30, of Town Branch Road.
The investigation is ongoing by the Manchester Police Department and the ATF task force.
According to published JailTracker records, at the time of this publishing, Stephon Lyttle was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center listed as a Federal prisoner with charges pending.
