The investigation into his whereabouts was led by Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Carly Dorraugh, with assistance from the Laurel County Emergency Management and the London-Laurel County Rescue Squad.
The Sheriff's Office would like to thank the community for their concern and assistance in this matter.
