LONDON, KY - London PD Chief Jerry Hollon is reporting that on Monday, October 14th, 2024, Logan E. Barber, 24, of London, KY was arrested by the London Police Department’s Investigation Division on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
The arrest was the result of an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation that began after discovering a suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
At this time, Detective Elbert Riley and Detective Ashley Taylor are continuing the investigation with further charges pending.
Logan Barber has been charged with:
- Forty one (41) counts of Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor Under 12
Barber was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
The Kentucky ICAC Task Force comprises more than twenty-six local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. The Task Force, created by the U.S. Department of Justice and administered by KSP, assists state and local law enforcement agencies in developing a response to cyber enticement and child sexual abuse material investigations.
