HARFORD COUNTY, MD (October 14, 2024) - The Harford County Sheriff's Office reports that Khalil Rodney Ringgold, age 7 has been safely located.
UPDATE 3: Khalil was located with a family member. The investigation is continuing.
UPDATE 2: Khalil has been safely located and is being reunited with his father. The investigation is ongoing and will be reviewed with the Harford County State's Attorney to determine if any charges are appropriate. Thank you for your shares.

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in obtaining information regarding the location of Khalil Rodney Ringgold. He was last seen this morning (Monday, October 14, 2024) at Churchville Elementary entering a vehicle with an unknown male. The vehicle is a gray 4 door Nissan Altima with Ohio Tag JFK3146Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to call the Southern Precinct 410-612-1717.
