MANCHESTER, KY - According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office (CCSO): As of Friday, July 26 at 7:11 AM, Sheriff Patrick Robinson has reported two arrests by CCSO since Sunday, July 14th, 2024.
To the best of our knowledge these arrests are not related, but according to the reports, they were made on the same date by the same Sheriff's Deputy
The arrests were announced by the Clay County Sheriff's Office on Facebook.
- 1. On 7/26/24, Deputy Luke Thomas arrested Timothy Smith of London, Ky, for Failure to Appear out of Clay County.
- 2. On 7/26/24, Deputy Luke Thomas arrested April McKnight of Barbourville, Ky, for Failure to Appear out of Knox County, and Failure to Appear out of Clay County.
