WICKLIFFE, KY – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) report that troopers from KSP Post 1 are searching for a woman who was recently released from a western Kentucky jail.
Shannon Charles, age 26, was last seen on Monday, July 1st, 2024 when she was released from the Ballard County Detention Center.
Her family states that Charles is unfamiliar with the area and does not have a cell phone.
Shannon was last seen with braided hair, she was wearing a white tee shirt, green pants and orange crocs style shoes.
Her family states that Charles is trying to get back to Grayson in Carter County, KY.
