LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Cyruss McVey arrested David Collins age 49 of Cole Rd., London on Saturday night April 27, 2024 at approximately 8:28 PM.
The arrest occurred off Cole Road, approximately 2 miles west of London after Deputy McVey was dispatched to an indecent exposure complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy McVey conducted an investigation and learned that allegedly the suspect had been observed unclothed in view of neighbors and children in the area there.
When Deputy McVey approached the suspect, he noted observing the suspect pulling his pants up.
David Collins was charged with:
- Indecent exposure – first-degree – first offense
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
