SOMERSET, KY - Sheriff Bobby Jones reports the arrest of a Nancy man following a search warrant for illegal narcotics.
On Thursday, December 7, 2023 at approximately 11:15 PM, deputies with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant at 137 Doe Run Rd., Nancy, KY.
During the search, Joshua Lee Harrison, 38, of Nancy, KY, was located coming out of a bedroom.
Inside the bedroom, deputies located a container with a large quantity of suspected Methamphetamine, along with digital scales.
While performing a search of another room in the residence, a locker was found that possessed multiple baggies of suspected Methamphetamine and digital scales.
Harrison was questioned about the items located during the search and claimed ownership. Joshua Harrison was arrested at the scene.
Joshua Harrison was charged with:
- Traffic in Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense-Methamphetamine
- Drug Paraphernalia-Buy or Possess
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree-Drug Unspecified.
This individual was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
