MANCHESTER, KY - According to the Manchester Police Department (MPD), Police Chief Jeff Couch is reporting that on Monday, September 18, 2023, Officer Nate Bishop arrested a Clay County man in reference to a warrant obtained by the Manchester Police Department.
MPD Officer Bishop charged David Arnett age 23 of Manchester, KY on a warrant regarding the theft of items from a storage building at Cross Mountain Campground on Miracle Mountain in Clay County earlier this month.
The warrant was for Burglary 3rd, Theft by unlawful taking, and Criminal trespass 3rd degree.
Arnett was transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
David Arnett was charged with:
- BURGLARY, 3RD DEGREE
- TBUT OR DISP ALL OTHERS $1,000 < $10,000
- CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
