MANCHESTER, KY - The Manchester Police Department and Clay County 911 express appreciation to Cash Express Manchester for their support in remembrance of the tragic September 11, 2001 events.
Cash Express Manchester delivered donation of cupcakes along with "Thank you cards" to the Manchester police Department in honor of the fallen heroes of September 11, 2001 and their salute of our local police, firefighters, EMS, military servicemen & women and veterans.
