MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson reports that on Tuesday, February 04, 2025 Deputy Dakota Taylor responded to a call in reference to a male subject acting irate and suspicious behind the Beech Creek Apartments.
Upon arrival at the complaint scene Deputy Taylor made contact with a male subject identified as Roy Gibbs, age 49, and began an investigation.
During the investigation, Deputies searched Gibbs and obtained a small clear baggy of what appeared to be Methamphetamine.
The suspect was arrested and transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Roy Gibbs was charged with:
- POSS CONT SUB 1ST DEG, 1ST OFF (METHAMPHETAMINE)
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
