LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Reed arrested Tristan Pittman age 27 of Chapel Ln., East Bernstadt on Sunday morning August 20, 2023 at approximately 10:12 AM.
The arrest occurred on Greenmount Bond Road, approximately 5 miles northeast of London after deputies were dispatched to a prowler complaint on Feltner Steer Road.
While enroute to the scene deputies were advised that a home owner observed a male subject on camera opening the screen door and turning the doorknob on a relative’s residence there.
Apparently, the subject was unable to gain entry due to the door being locked. A description of the suspect was dispatched to deputies.
As deputies responded to the area, they observed a male subject matching the description walking on KY 30 near Feltner Steer Road.
An investigation was conducted and this subject was determined to be the suspect on the trespass complaint and this individual was also determined to be under the influence.
It was also determined that this subject was wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Tristan Pittman was charged with:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Criminal trespassing – third-degree
In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
