MANCHESTER, KY - The Clay County Sheriffs Office reported on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 that the Clay County Sheriffs Office along with other first responders would be providing a Child Safety Passenger Event prior to the Halloween weekend.
The event was to take place on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 1:00 P.M. till 3:00 P.M. at the Manchester Fire Department located next to City Hall in Manchester, Kentucky.
