LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Taylor McDaniel arrested Billy Wilder age 46 of London on Tuesday afternoon January 19, 2021 at approximately 12:24 PM.
The arrest occurred off Boardwalk Circle, approximately 2 miles north of London after Sheriff's investigators developed information on the whereabouts of a parole violator.
When deputies located this individual they found him in possession of suspected Methamphetamine.
Billy Wilder was charged on a Kentucky parole board parole violation warrant charging:
- Absconding parole supervision
- Failure to report to parole officer as directed regarding a conviction in Leslie County Circuit Court on charges of:
- Burglary – third-degree
- Complicity to commit burglary – third-degree
- Complicity to commit theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but under $10,000
In addition, this subject was charged with:
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional center.
