LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler along with Lieut. Chris Edwards and Deputy Dylan Messer arrested Clay Austin Combs age 28 of London on Friday afternoon October 9, 2020 at approximately 2:45 PM.
The arrest occurred at a business off US 25 in London after this subject was charged with:
- Being a fugitive from Sarita, Texas
Texas will extradite this individual.
In addition, this subject was wanted on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Operating on suspended or revoked license
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
