MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on February 17, 2020 at approximately 3:00 PM Clay County Sheriff CSO Jeff Cochran arrested Donald Burns, 40 of Wurtland, KY.
The arrest occurred at the Clay County Judicial Center when the subject was charged with two Clay County Warrant’s along with an Owsley County Warrant.
Later that evening, Sgt. Gabbard served a Fugitive Warrant on the above mentioned subject.
Donald Burns was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Fugitive (Warrant not Required)
