Complaint arrest on Curry Branch Road / Clay County

Clay County, Ky. (December 24, 2019) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On Monday, December 23, 2019 at approximately 4:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Kendric Smith along with Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson, CSO Supervisor Dewey Grubb and Clay County Sheriff Sgt. Jeremy Gabbard arrested Kelvin Asher, 35 of Manchester.

The arrest occurred when units responded to a disturbance complaint on Curry Branch Road.

Upon arrival, units made contact with the above mentioned subject who was sitting on the side of the road yelling at vehicles.

Upon running the information of the subject with Clay County Dispatch it was confirmed that the subject had multiple warrants for his arrest out of Clay and Laurel County. 

Kelvin Asher was charged with:

• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
