LONDON, KY (Sept. 14, 2019) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's court security officer Joey Andes along with CSO Judy Morgan arrested Danya Winkler age 43 of Lily on Friday morning September 13, 2019 at approximately 10:35 AM.
The arrest occurred at the Laurel County Judicial Center security checkpoint after this subject was observed having red bloodshot eyes, unsteady on her feet and admitted taking Suboxone.
This individual was determined to be under the influence.
Danya Winkler was charged with:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
