WINCHESTER, Ky. (August 28, 2019) –The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post was contacted Tuesday morning alleging that a Principal at the George Rogers Clark High School Area Technology Center was in possession , and possibly distributing explicit images involving a minor.
As a result of the initial investigation, Philip T. Wilson, 54 years old of Winchester, KY, was arrested and is lodged in the Clark County Detention Center charged with:
- Fifteen counts of Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor, 1st Offense
- Fifteen counts of Possess or View Matter Portraying Sexual Performance of a Minor
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Post 7 Detective Austin Brashear.
