Manchester, Ky. - (August 4, 2019) - The Clay County Cooperative Extension Service is reporting that: No-Cost Medical Services are currently available for Clay, Jackson, Knox & Leslie counties
The U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Military’s reserve forces, in partnership with the Kentucky Department for Local Government, present Operation Coal Country Medical IRT.
These clinics will provide at no cost to the patient:
- Medical screenings
- Dental exams
- Optical exams and one pair of single-prescription glasses
First come, first served – ages 2 through adult – no proof of insurance or I.D. needed.
Locations:
- Clay County - EXCEL Building and the Oneida Community Church
- Jackson County: Grace Covenant Ministries at Annville Institute
- Knox County: First Baptist Church
- Leslie County: 911 Call Center on Highway 421
The services began at Noon on Sunday August 3rd, 2019 and will run until Saturday August 10th, 2019.
Hours of operation are:
- Monday-Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Noon – 4:00 PM
