Leslie County Deputies make drug arrest on Middlefork Road

Leslie County, Ky. (June 28, 2019) - The Leslie County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that: On Wednesday, June 26th Deputy Jeremy Vega and Special Deputy Sam Roberts conducted a traffic stop on Middlefork Road.

Christopher Wilson age 35 of Helton, Kentucky was operating a vehicle that was found to have no registration. The subject was also unable to produce a drivers license.

Deputy Vega asked to search the vehicle and Wilson consented to a search.

In the vehicle was found 3 grams of a crystal white substance in a zip baggie and a syringe.

Christopher Wilson was charged with:

  • License to be in possession  
  • No Registration Receipt
  • Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense
  • Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
