Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 21, 2019 at approximately 12:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Terry Wagers, 39 of Rocky Branch Road and Lois Minton, 41 of Aarowhead Court.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards conducted a traffic stop on an ATV on Highway 80, the operators information was ran through Clay County Dispatch where it was confirmed he had an active warrant for his arrest.
Through investigation it was determined the passenger was under the influence of intoxicants.
Terry Wagers was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
Lois Minton was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
